Rolled Tapered tubes in Sheet Metal

Not sure why the thread was closed however, here's my solution to the problem.

- Create the tapered tube using lofted flange with a straight seam
- Create flat solid
- Use synchronous to move the edge (for twisted seam)
- Create flat pattern.

Part attached is NX10.
