Hi All, I do electrical design for a company that does a lot of paralling switchgear. Now, its been yearssssss since I have done this.
I am looking on the internet to help refresh my mind how this all works, on a simplified level.

First question: Can anyone explain what is the "Running Bus" and what is "Incoming Bus" when it comes to synchronizing Generator circuits?
Second Question: Is there a good place to go, online, that explain this stuff simply?

Thanks in advance

Running bus is already powered from the grid or other generators. Incoming is the generator being synchronized. Plenty of sites on the internet discuss generator synchronizing - just search.
