runtime exception error

In catia v5r16, during the calculation of analysis in the generative structural analysis workbench a run time exception error screen appears, and when I press the only OK tap. The catia turned off.
Anyone have useful information!

Check how much RAM memory has been used and also check how much disc space you have during the process. Think I recognice this issue when I tried to run an analyse with very hifh accuracy, either the RAM memory went out or the temp. scrap file was to big to fit on the disc.

You can also open the task manager, and see how quickly the memory gets used up.

This problem can be the result of a memory leak.
