Runtime exception V5r9

Can any one help i'm getting a runtime exception every time i start a modual.. part design, freestyle, any one of these
I'm using v5r9 with winXP pro. V5r3 work's fine!

I ran V5R9 and had problems, once I loaded service pack#1 + #2 all my problems went away. What service pack level are you at ?
