Russian GOST vs. PED

Hei,

we have a customer in Russia who wants us to deliver a pressure vessel according to PB 03-576-03.
We can deliver immediately but only with PED (european pressure vessel guideline). What is the difference ? I know PED is accepted in Russia with GOST license but how to explain to the customer that PED is not worse than PB 03-576-03. Actually I can't claim that one is better or not because I don't know anything about PB.

I am sure your product must get the certificate according to technical regulation on Russian territory.
