S4R type element in ABAQUS

I am simulating a hydraulic swelling test on a metal sheet of thickness 1 mm.
why shall we use the type of element "S4R" for this kind of simulations ?

You must go through the Abaqus Getting Started Guide very carefully before using finite elements or you will end up wasting resources and more.
