SA-105 tensile properties - reported values question?

This may be a very silly question, I apologize in advance.
SA-105 (2007 Ed) has Tension Test requirements in the as-forged and one from each heat treat charge (if heat treated) para 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 respectively. I am reviewing CMTRs for some SA-105 and there is no real information as to what form the tensile tests were conducted. Is this ok? I would expect the mill, etc to list the values for both forms and elaborate which is the as-forged and which is heat treated/what heat treat was performed. Looking at 12.2 of SA-105 I do not see clarification as to what should be reported here on the Certified Mill Test Reports.
Your help is greatly appreciated,

EmilGies;
Go back and re-review the MTR, carefully. If heat treatment was performed, this would be indicated on the MTR under condition. Look for normalized, normalized and tempered or quenched and tempered words in the MTR, this would indicate heat treatment condition. If no heat treatment, the tests would be indicative of as-forged material.

Metengr - I was hoping you would see this post. I do not have the certs in front of me, but several are dual grade SA-105 /SA-350 LF2. I can ascertain the heat treatment from most of the certs; however, shouldn't the CMTR contain reported tensile for both the as-forged and any heat treat condition?

I guess I should have posted that as my question - if an SA-105 forging has been heat treated, shouldn't the CMTR have Tensile results for the heat treated and as-forged condition? Or is industry practice to only report the heat treated tensile results?

Thanks again,

in the as furnished heat treated condition

unless specific testing was ordered

So - even though the Code requires testing in both as-forged and HT, only the HT needs to be reported on the CMTR?
Thanks,
