In compress,
After choosing class 150 , compress send the message attached , IMPACT TEST IS MANDATORY AS PER UHA (d)3. but when I change the class to 300 impact test is not required.
I have the same message when I add external loads and increase nozzle projection.
Can Anyone explain why?

nozzle neck material : SA-790 S32205
flange material : SA-182 F60

Run Compress with the 300# flange and check the flange report impact exemptions. Could be that with a #300 flange the stress ratio meets the requirement of UHA-51(g). Whereas the stress ratio of the #150 flange or the #300 flange with external loads at the same design conditions does not meet required stress ratio.
