We are replacing the tube bundle manufactured in 1994 and tube is SA-199 T5, now with current codes the tubes shall be SA-213 T5. But client still commented to use as existing.
Anyone has idea when and which year SA199 withdrawn and replace by SA213.
Per my knowledge first it was replaced by SA200 in 1995 and then to SA213 in 1999.

Is that correct? As I do not have any evidence.

First, SA 199 is longer applicable so this material cannot be purchased to this material specification. The SA 199 material specification was Seamless Cold-Drawn Intermediate Alloy-Steel Heat-Exchanger and Condenser Tubes.

Second, this material specification was withdrawn in 1995 per below, and replaced with SA 200, which was withdrawn in 1999, and replaced with SA 213.
