SA-537 CL 2, Thickness limitation

As per ASME Sec II part A, SA-537 CL-2 can be used over 100 mm thick, however the Sec II part D table limiting the thickness of SA-537 CL-2 to 100-150 mm.
Any body can advise, can I use the SA-537 CL-2 with more than 150 mm if mill met the composition and mechanical propertys as per the code.
