Does anyone may inform a web site I can find plant safety history cases with photos in order to illustrate a safety program in my work?

I don't know exactly what you are looking for, but if you want photos of accidents, I recommend the following site;

with particular emphasis on;

and;

Of particular interest to us Mechanical engineers who ever worked on a GE turbine/generator, or;

or;

Or, for one that will warm the hearts of our electrical engineering buddies;

or one for our automotive forum friends;

I could keep going on, but you can visit the site, and find much more than these.

The reason I like to bring these to the attention of my fellow engineers, is that a whole lot of these situations were preventable, by either taking precaution or better design. And, to point out that actions have consequences.

The first one I have you, the safety list should be a prime photo to illustrate that accidents are preventable. The scenario pictured here is an accident that has found a place to happen.

I hope you find something beneficial on this site for what you are trying to do.
