Hi,
I'm modelling sandwich beams in Abaqus. I have these material properties for the:
- face: E1,E2, E3, G12, G31, G23, nu12, nu13 and nu23
- face: density, volume fraction, thickness, area mass
- core: E1,E2, E3, G12, G31, G23, nu12, nu13 and nu23
How do I model this in Abaqus?
I believe I need to find a equivalent modulus for the beam, since I cannot choose a composite lay up for beams. How do I do this?
