Who can tell me which property modifiers to include when modelling a slab or a wall using SAP2000?

Thanks in advance.

M11,M22,M12,F11,F22,F12- 0.25(For Slabs)
F11,F22,M11,M22,M12- 0.35(cracked)/0.7(uncracked)(For Walls)
If wall is not designed for out of plane bending, use 0.1 as modifier for M11,M22,M12 beside the modifiers for F11 and F22 as given above.

I think 0.001 is better, do you agree?

Yes, can use that too.
Idea is to reduce the stiffness to minimal.
