Save NX3 to NX2

Is it possible to save a NX3 file in NX2 format directly?
If possible, will I loose all parametric features? 2D drawings?

I doubt, I don't think a possibility to save to previous versions in UG

You can not save a current version part to a previous revision. This is true of most, if not all, high end cad systems.
You can export your model as a parasolid and your drawing as a dxf or dwg. No parameters, though.
