SaveAs from NX failing?

NX9, Teamcenter 10, When doing a Save As to a new Item number, we receive an error:
"Validation Failures"
"(new part no)/A_dwg: Item id and item revision id are invalid."
"(new part no)/A: Errors occurred while copying a dependent object."

This only happens when doing a save as to a new item number from NX with items that contain a drawing(UGPART) dataset. I am able to save as to a new revision, and save as to a new Item number when it only contains a UGMASTER. I am also able to do a save as directly in Teamcenter to a new Item. I'm thinking it must have something to do with our drawing dataset naming convention? This issue started when we went from TC9 to TC10. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. We obviously have work arounds, but it is still driving me crazy.

It looks like the naming of your UGpart is wrong indeed.
This can be easily tested by changing it in the properties before you do the save-as.
Can you check what the separator setting is the Teamcenter options?

Thank you very much for the response. We've used a "/" between our Item number and Rev for a long time, its never caused an issue in the past,
also this only happens when doing a save as from NX. Save as in Teamcenter seems to works fine, which is confusing to me.
Every setting I can find in the TC Options, Preferences, and BMIDE related to naming rules, save as, revise etc. is set the same way.
(see below example item).
