AS I understand Version 4.2 is shareable "Distribution Statement A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited." more recent versions are restricted.
You're not going to find that spreadsheet available and I doubt anyone is willing to share it since it requires DoD clearance to get access to the newer versions. Your best bet is asking Protection Engineering Consultants. They wrote the spreadsheet and pretty much the entire blast code for UFC.
The spreadsheet itself has a security feature that only allows it to run on one unique computer. I initially requested it a couple years ago when I was doing some blast design, and was turned down because I did not have clearance. Then I asked if they had a public version and they said yes.
I just checked and I only have version 4.1. I think version 4.2 is probably what I was originally turned down for.
Thanks for the information everyone. Version 4.2 now appears as cleared for public release. I did ask USACE for a copy but haven't heard back I will wait until a get it from them.
