Hi All,
I am trying to create a scan curve 'set' from a .pts file. The .pts file contains a number of points (about 50) in this format
x y z
with a 'tab' between the xand y and the y and the z.
When I create the scan curve in Wildfir 2.0 it seems almost as though ProE is deciding for itself where one curve should end and the next should start.
For example, in the demo on the PTC website there are three curves and it automatically creates three seperate curves.
With my data set it just creates one long curve instead of x seperate curves.
If anyone has any experience with creating scan curve sets from .pts or .asc files and has any ideas I would be extremely grateful !!! Thanks.
(By the way, I want to create the scan curves so that I can then create a snapshot surface from the curves).
Thanks
Jeremy
