SCBF with Column in weak Axis Design...

Is there a way to design the braces-bream-column connections for SCBF with RAM?
There is no option to weld the beam to the column, just clip or angle connections than produce fail of the web.

Currently the beam to column connection in the SCBF Gusset is attached using angles or single plates only. We will be adding the option to have a welded beam stub cantilever that is spliced beyond the gusset in the near future, pending some clarification from AISC.
