Please if anybody can help me find a good metod of calculation for dual scraped surface heat exchanger.

In this moment we work to develop sugar cane evaporator inserting dual scraped surface heat exchanger as boiler.

I need some help.

I have developed a dual surface scraped heat exchanger which will be tested at the technical university of denmark this sommer. from this we should know the caracteristics of the heat transfer of this special type. please look at
