Nov 30, 2009 Thread starter #5 kthant Mechanical Jun 28, 2007 44 0 0 CA hi i think so. my question was why i can not change parts changing values in variable table. dimensions in variable table are inactive ( grey ) i can not change them. i attached a picture maybe will be more expressive. thank you http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=11ca92a4-cadc-46d9-9854-1e2ec88bd3c1&file=variable_table.JPG Upvote 0 Downvote

Nov 30, 2009 #6 PatCouture Mechanical Jun 6, 2003 534 0 0 CA It's an improvement they made in ST2 in ST1 you can't change the variable unless they are locked and they don't interfere with live rules. In ST2 you have an option available if it's possible to change the value. I'm sorry not to be of any more help. Patrick Upvote 0 Downvote
