In Solid Works 2008 I created a sketch 2-D sketch of a rectangle with an ark on one end. Then I extruded it into a solid part. If I have it set to show the lines on the model It shows a line or seam where the curve of the ark meets the side of the rectangular cube. Is thier any way to not show these lines in the model but still show the other lines?

Tools > Options > System Options > Display/Selection > Part/Assembly tangent edge display ... Removed

View > Display > (check)Tangent Edges Removed

You can also turn off Parting Lines through View

or right click on edge (line) and select "hide edge".
