Siemens STEP5 BASIS is VERY expensive.
Siemens STEP5 MINI is only 1/4 of the price for BASIS. It is for S5-95U and S5-100U only.

There are some alternatives.
S5 for windows from IBH softec is not so expensive.

This is an old version, version 3.??
But will connect with all the S5 PLC's

I use their software for the S5, the Modicon line, and the Siemens TI505. It's very good software and very easy to use.
