See 3D diagram of a quantity as U and SM 1

Hello,

I would ask to you, if in abaqus is possibile to see an output field as U1 or SM, instead of a color map as 3D diagram where at certain point's coordinate can be saw the value of the chose quantity.
i.e.
I have this output about a plate:

I wish obtain through abaqus an output like this: (i obtained this diagram with mathematica):

I wish obtain this for all components of U and SM. is it possible in abaqus ?

Export the data (Report > Field Output) and use an external tool.
