I am currently working as an Instrumentation and SCADA Engineer at a desalination plant, and we are encountering a significant challenge with our pre-treatment phase. Specifically, we are dealing with substantial sludge accumulation at the bottom of our lamella clarifier, which is causing blockages in the sludge discharge lines.

To address this issue, we are considering implementing a system involving submersible cameras and guided tubes to efficiently monitor and remove the sludge. However, we are seeking advice and insights from experts who have experience in managing similar issues.
