Seismic Design of Pressure Vessels as per NBC of Canada

I have a difficulty in selecting the 'Force Modification Factors' for pressure Vessels. Since the table provided in the code does not does not have a category in table 4.1.9.1.B that can match with the vessels.

Can someone advise me on this?
