Seismic Design of Retaining Wall

Greetings, I am designing a retaining wall under seismic loads . according to AASHTO we have to use Pae and Pir for this purpose. However softwares like Tekla tedd only use Pae for additional seismic loads. Am i doing something wrong assuming Pir(inertial effect of weight due to seismic activity)
