Selectable Text PDF export KeyCreator/Cadkey

KeyCreator and Cadkey do not output PDF files or any other file type that allows selecting of the text on the page or sheet. Is there a way to output a file of selectable text? Basically, it is like the text drawn rather a font.

If I can get to selectable text, I can make our 5000 legacy KeyCreator/Cadkey files searchable. Not only will I be able to make a search with the exported PDF work, I can use a search engine to search through all 5000 documents in seconds.


I hope someone here knows what I am talking about.

I’m pretty sure KeyCreator can’t do this but there is plenty of PDF to Text converters out there, some that are free.

The problem is that KeyCreator draws the text as lines and then outputs into a PDF as far as I have seen so far. The PDF file contains no SELECTABLE text. Download the example and see for yourself in the PDF file.
