Self contained infrared sauna

A sauna that uses 3000W of heat (infrared) to be installed in a room Two sides of the room have office/consultation room. Front is corridor. back to retail space. The room is 60 Sf. The Sauna is about 30 sf. Will sauna dissipate heat to the room it is in? Will it dissipate heat to adjacent office or corridor? The room door could be open at times. I am supplying 50 cfm to the corridor and 125 cfm to the room. Will the room get hot? Should I provide more air in any of the rooms or corridor just to be safe?

"Will sauna dissipate heat to the room it is in?" Of course it will - where else do you think the heat is going to go??

Will the room get hot? - Of course it will - you've got 3kw of heat being pumped into it and the whole point of a sauna is that it generates an air temperature of 80C. Leave the door open a bit too long and your outer room will rapidly get to some quite high temperatures. Clearly you're not going to be pumping 3kW in indefinitely, but there will be some heat losses from your hot cube. If you work on 1500 or 2000W and supply enough air to cool that on top of your normal load you should be OK.
