Hello, it's the first time that I write in this forum. I need to ask for an opinion. I am working on a self induced gas flotator cell. I designed the cell and the agitator (like Wemco Agitator). When I put in service the agitator I see only vortices and not bubbles. How can I induce the air without the use of an external gas flow? I have foreseen one nozzle on the top of the cell connected to the stand pipe of agitator in order to regulate, by means of a valve, the recirculation of the gas needed to form the bubbles while the agitator is in service as shown in attachment.

Please suggest me what I need to improve in order to see the bubbles

Many thanks in advance

Don't think there is any method to self induce an air supply. That is the reason air is supplied from a compressor/blower.
