Sensors for Window Airconditioning production line

Dear friends, pl. if any one have experience in testing window type aircond during production, i need to test each
air cond for comp temp, vibration, noise, flow, watt, amp
pressur, also i need the best trnsducser for this purpose
bec. through them i'll send the data to SCADA software

I believe you will be using more than one transducer for all of these functions. I don't think there is one package that will monitor all of these together. There are several different vendors to choose from on most of these parameters you want to measure. I would just search for each one individually and I know you will turn up several good hits. Are you looking for 4-20mA type outputs from these transducers or are you looking for smarter devices with some communications capability? Hope this helps some.

yes i need 4-20mA signal to be read either by PLC
or Data aquasition card then the data will send to
scada, i need good vendors, i know i have to take
this transducer from different vendors
for flow trnsducer i want it ultra sonic to be clamp
on the tube diameter range (1/4":1/2&quot use R22
for watt trnsduser i need to measure watt range
(0.5 up to 4KW) 220V 50 HZ
for vibration i want to but the tranduser on the Ac
fan motor by magnet to test the vibaration to check
the bearing
for noise approx. 30 up to 140 db net value
i neet to measure for compressor noise but i want
somthing can subtract the other noise from the factory.
compressor temp body i think i need laser transducer.
for pressure transducer i need to measur about 25 bar
and 50 bar
