Set default to "mating conditions" NX6

where can I set the "assembly constraints" default to mating condtions? Ihave it set that way in my template files but it doesnt apply to new files created from it.

I'm constantly re-setting this.

From the Customer Defaults

File - Utility - Customer Defaults
Select Assemblies - Positioning

You will need to restart NX for the change to take effect

I'm there but I don't see where it can be changed to "mating" anywhere. None of the help definitions seem to apply either.
