My work place has 13 water cooled liquid chillers for A/C only. Some are very old and not much engineering data is available.Id like to start checking some of the "deltas"and was wondering if there are sites with this type of info or not.Im in the researching mode and dont plan on changing Rome in a day. thanks

There are many options. Process Heat Transfer b DQ Kern gives you the formulae to calculate pressure drop in heat exchangers. has calculator to check pressure drop across heat exchangers. You can hire a snap type ultrasonic flowmeter and check the flowrates. If you have a balancing valve, then check the DP across it and find out the flowrate from standard charts. Finally, if possible, do a container fill test.
