Setting Reference Set to use everything on layer (NX9)

I'm trying to use Part Families to create multiple configurations of a similar part by just changing certain values. I want to display the cross-section of each part in a reference set. I'm projecting the cross-section curves to a separate layer. Unfortunately, some of the corners in the cross-sections of the parts are not showing up in the reference set, leaving broken views.

Is there a way to set everything on a certain layer to show up in a reference set, without having to manually select geometry?
