one of our customers is constantly sending us files where the sketch colors are ALL the same. So constrained, un-constrained, over-constrained, text, dimensions, ref lines, etc are all the same color. As you can imagine, this is a nightmare on sketches where there is a lot of fine detail. It's hard to tell what you're looking at, especially when you have to make a fairly large change.
I've looked through UG for hours looking for a way to change it but with little success. I can get the sketch to change colors while it's not active, but as soon as I go to edit it, the colors go back to the way they were. I tried preferences, sketch preferences, customer defaults and many others to no avail (in and out of sketcher). I know there has to be a way to do it... it worked in v.16-18 fine afaik.
Also, more of a side question... is there a way to save a UI layout to use at a later time? For instance, save the way all of my toolbars are laid out... and on a fresh install of UG, simply load "X" file and bring UG back to how it was before?
I know you can save the layout, but can't figure out how to load that file on a clean install. Any ideas?
thanks a lot
