setting up ANSYS120_DIR and ANSYS_SYSDIR?

dear all,

I am a newbie novice toward ANSYS (I will have to use 12.0) and I have to setup the system variables ANSYS120_DIR and ANSYS_SYSDIR.

Where should these variables should point at?

can somebody help me?
