Is there any way to join/combine/sew sheets that make a 90 degree angle in modeling? I am looking for a function similar to stitching, but in Modeling, so I won't have to stitch the edges when I transfer the part to advanced simulation.

Thanks

So for a "T" shape, there is no way to attach sheet bodies in modeling, so they won't move in analysis, without using stitching or connecting elements (both available only in FEM)?

That's correct. If you tried to sew a 'T' shape consisting of separate sheet bodies into a single body, this would result in a non-manifold condition which is not allowed in modeling. Even if you drew a 'T' in the sketcher using only two lines and extruded it, while you would get a single 'Extrude' feature, upon further examination you would see that it actually consists of 2 separate sheet bodies.
