Sheet Metal - Bend in Coined Region 1

Hi all, I'm trying to coin a region down to ~70% thickness and then bend across that region. Is there a way to do that while maintaining the sheet metal feature?
An example part is attached. Thanks!

Yeah, he is correct, because SW requires sheet metal to be a uniform thickness.
