Sheetmetal Stress

I want to calculate the stress in the bend of a sheet metal part under load. Any Ideas? I can not model it using an FEA program and I will not treat it as a beam. Thanks...

Hey cool breeze. Send me a sketch in a dwg or dxf fomat of the part that you are trying to analyze. i can try to perform Finite Element analysis on it for ya.<br>
