Shell mill, insert, and holder

Hi,

I am looking for 0.5" radius isert to fit in a 3" shell mill in an HSK 63A toolholder of 4" length to machine plastic material. I did find this with Kennametal, but uses an extension for the toolholder thus making it heavy. Is there another company that can satisfy the requirements? The finish required is an important criteria.

I am using garant tools they are very good and cheap tools, they have insert and holders... you can chek in their catalog, i think that the number of R0,5 inseert is 225880 but i'm not sure for number. garant inserts with r0,5 for steel working better without coolant Vc~220-280m\s ap=3-4mm, ae= 0,5-1D
