Ship/plate/shell constructions

I am looking for a good book discussing how to calculate
the strength of constructions builded up out of plates.

I am thinking of warping of plate constructions, shear buckling, constructing with plate fields, hull constructions of ships etc. Stifning of plates etc etc
Also hope to find a book with some good examples.
