Short circuit / coordination study, UK

I wonder if some body knows the name of a company within UK to perform a short circuit and coordination study for an industrial facility. If so, I will appreciate.

Couple of possibilities:

PB Power, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

W. J. Laycock & Associates

The first will do a good job, but cost a fortune (I used to work for them). The second will probably do the work depending on the size and value of the project, but could be expensive again. I'd go for option 3: Bill Laycock is an ex-CEGB and ex-VA Tech Reyrolle protection engineer, now self-employed and charging very reasonable rates. He's a nice guy on top.
