Siemens PLC

I want read the program instaled in a Simatic S5 Siemens PLC. I want to change some parameters in the program but i couldn´t. i need the program. how can i get it?

To make changes to the S5 you will need the Step 5 programming software.
This is MSDOS based.
You will also need the RS232 to TTY converter. The S5 PG Port is TTY.
the part number from Siemens is 6ES5 734-1BD20
