SIEMENS RW4047-1BB14 soft starter failure

Hello,,

Can anyone explain why it is disconnection motor almost immediately after it was started (it is not short circuit or overload in question for sure)?

Had one do this yesterday. Input voltage drop during motor start caused a stop condition.

There are LEDs on the front, they have multiple colors and flash patterns to tell you what's going on. Did you read the manual?
