Siemens S5 => S7

Hi there,

I need to compile/transfer a S5 program to an S7 program. I've never done this before . Is there someone who can get me started.
I just need to transfer 7 pb's and 1 ob and 2fb's.

There is a conversion program included with the Step 7 Simatic manager.

It may not convert your program 100%. use it to convert then manually check it.

Or send me the S5 project.

Hi there,
I agree with moggie reply, I want to clarify that this conversion program should convert around of 70-80% of program, any complex sequence I don't think it will do it and in any way you have to re check it again.
