SIF for Sweep tee

ASME B31.1 Appendix D does not include SIF and flexibility data for a single sweep or double sweep tees. Is anyeone aware of a reference source or calculation method for this fitting type? I have attached a public release copy of a Naval Sea Systems command drawing showing such fittings.
