Sika HC-1 admixture for concrete paving blocks

I work at a concrete paver manufacturing company. This semi-dry concrete branch is a bit specialized and different then normal concrete. Anyhow, Sika manufactures SikaPaver HC-1 admixture for our industry, and although we have never tried this particular admixture, but reading through its datasheet, I think its actually an air-entrainment admixture.

Can anybody confirm this? Does any one have any experience in using this chemical?

no experience with this product, best thing would be to call Sika. Their people are usually very helpful.
