I'm not sure what bearing type your talking about. For rolling element bearings, SKF gives coefficient of friction values.
Excerpt from SKF Interactive bearing catalog for rolling element bearings:
"Under certain conditions (bearing load P » 0,1 C, good lubrication, normal operating conditions) the frictional moment can be calculated with sufficient accuracy using a constant coefficient of friction µ from the following equation
M = 0,5 µ F d
where
M = frictional moment, Nmm
µ = coefficient of friction for bearing (Table 1)
F = bearing load, N
d = bearing bore diameter, mm"

Table 1 gives mu depending on bearing type. For example deep groove bearings without seals, mu=0.0015
