Simple question: Schedule tasks that are independent from each other

Here is my problem, I have many tasks being worked on by one resource, but those tasks are independent of each other (Setting dependencies is irrelevant in this case).

However, I would like Task A to start before Task B and so on. But MS Project starts everything from the project start date (Tasks are set to Start ASAP). This leaves the resources over-allocated. Is there any other way than using Resource Leveling to schedule those tasks? If I use Resource Leveling, MS Project Level them differently from what I want (MS Project schedules Task B before A).

Thanks

You need to stablish priorities prior to the levelling, (1000 is most important, 1 is less important)
