Typically done using a member end release for the member that frames into the wall. If the member comes in at an odd angle, you can always create a little link member and manipulate the link member's orientation so that it's end releases can get you the restraint you're looking for.
You can divide the wall into multiple elements and apply the restrained on the generated nodes.
