Simulation AVI Files

If there anyway to save/export a recorded simulation to a AVI file or other video file format. This would make it possible to export the file to an external vendor or third party? I love this feature that Solidworks has added, and it would be nice for everyone else, i.e., marketing, sales be able to see the simulation from their desktop.

Have you tried Animator? Animator makes (or you make using) movie files for you.

You can use a program like SnagIt

I use it often for screen captures, but it will also capture video for playback.

If you want to capture it right from the screen I recommend CamStudio, a powerful freeware from RenderSoftware. It can save to AVI and Flash!
